Any datasets relevant to energy modeling in Vietnam can be deposited in this community, under open or closed license.
Datasets do not have to be national in coverage, for example information about the Mekong Subregion are in scope. Data about neighboring countries are also necessary to model import/export and grid interconnect questions.
The community is interdisciplinary. Datasets related to economic, engineering, environmental or administrative aspects of the Vietnam energy system are all in scope. 
The community is about observations, parameters, scenarios, and model output datasets. As stated in About Zenodo: "Data, software and other artefacts in support of publications may be the core, but equally welcome are the materials associated with the conferences, projects or the institutions themselves, all of which are necessary to understand the scholarly process."
