The Taxodros community is to share publications related to the systematics of the fly families Asteiidae, Aulacigastridae, Camillidae, Cryptochaetidae, Curtonotidae, Diastatidae, Periscelididae, Xenasteiidae, and Drosophilidae referenced in Taxodros: the database on Taxonomy of Drosophilidae, and preserved in Zenodo (doi: 10.5281/zenodo.10723540).

Its goal is to provide 

1. to create and maintain a complete as possible corpus of pertinent publications
2. open access to publications, whenever possible
3. open access to FAIR data with focus on taxon treatments and figures liberated from publications, in collaboration with the Biodiversity Literature community
4. a digital object identifier (DOI) to enable citation of the publications and data including direct access to its digital representation.
5. Access to Taxodros will primarily be from the Taxodros DB. An introduction to navigate Zenodo is provided here, and to search the Taxodros community locally here.

For additional search functionality refindit  can be used. This includes also searches in CrossRef, DataCite, PubMed, RefBank, GNUB and Mendeley.
