This collection is for contributed talks from the second leg of StanCon 2018, August 29-31 in Helsinki, Finland. (Contributed talks from the first StanCon 2018 in California are in a separate collection.)

StanCon's version of conference proceedings is a collection of contributed talks based on interactive, self-contained notebooks (e.g., knitr, R Markdown, Jupyter, etc.). Every submission is peer reviewed by at least two reviewers. The reviewers are members of the Stan Conference Organizing Committee and the Stan Development Team.

Some of the documents have been rendered as PDFs by the authors, others as HTML documents. In all cases the code and data for the notebooks are available in the stancon_talks repository on GitHub.
