-Conference papers are admitted only if the authors were participants in the simposium activities.
- The template can be adquired in the webpage sinca.azc.uam.mx
- The papers are peer reviewed by our conference guests, the evaluation committee and the scientific board of the SINCA.
- This revision are performed by two or more reviewers with blind copies.
- The comments and observations to the conference paper are notified to the author who can make corrections or argue their position.
- The conference paper is accepted if both reviewers agree, if not, a member of the board checks the corrections in the file and decides whether is published or not.
- The final decision is notified by the board to the author.
