The Shared Habitats community collects research-based and artistic-academic contributions that engage with the intersection of urban ecology, environmental humanities and more-than-human perspectives on the built environment.

Submissions may include articles, essays, audiovisual works, and hybrid formats that critically explore spatial, environmental, and socio-ecological entanglements.

All contributions are curated for thematic relevance and coherence with the overall scope of the project. In our peer-review process, all submissions are reviewed by the editors responsible for the respective issues. Submissions that undergo specific peer-review processes such als single-blind peer review, double-blind peer review, or open peer review etc. are identified as such.

The community aims to support open dissemination of research and creative work under open-access principles.
