Comunidad de la Secretaría Nacional de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación (SENACYT) de la República de Panamá.
La Secretaría Nacional de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación de la República de Panamá es una institución autónoma, que fue creada por la Ley 13 de 15 de abril de 1997, modificada posteriormente por la Ley 50 de 21 de diciembre de 2005 y por la Ley 55 de 14 de diciembre de 2007, que le confirió autonomía a la institución en sus tareas administrativas. La Secretaría trabaja guiada por los lineamientos establecidos en el Plan Estratégico Nacional de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación (PENCYT).
La SENACYT tienen como objetivo fortalecer, apoyar, inducir y promover el desarrollo de la ciencia, la tecnología y la innovación con el propósito de elevar el nivel de productividad, competitividad y modernización en el sector privado, el gobierno, el sector académico-investigativo, y la población en general.
Esta comunidad es administrada por el equipo de la Plataforma de Acceso a Bibliografía Científica (Plataforma ABC) de la SENACYT

Community of the National Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation (SENACYT) of the Republic of Panama.
The National Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation of the Republic of Panama is an autonomous institution, which was created by Law 13 of April 15, 1997, later modified by Law 50 of December 21, 2005 and by Law 55 of December 14, 2007, which conferred autonomy to the institution in its administrative tasks. The Secretariat works guided by the guidelines established in the National Strategic Plan for Science, Technology and Innovation (PENCYT).
SENACYT's objective is to strengthen, support, induce and promote the development of science, technology and innovation with the purpose of raising the level of productivity, competitiveness and modernization in the private sector, the government, the academic-research sector, and the general population.
This community is managed by the team of the Platform for Access to Scientific Bibliography program (Plataforma ABC) of SENACYT
