Curation Policy:
1. If an uploaded document has an existing DOI, it will be shared for further referencing. If no DOI exists for a certain publication, a Zenodo DOI will be created for the item;
2. Publications with Open Access remain Open Access;
3. Publications with closed access will be shared as pre-prints.
