This community is dedicated to papers and other publications from RAC. The aim of the Revista de Administração Contemporânea (RAC) is to make a contribution to the advancement in the study of Administration through the publication of relevant research projects, theoretical analyses, documents, notes and reviews that may aid academic activities and administration in public, private and third sector organizations.
