This community curates research outputs that explicitly address participatory, co-creative, or deliberative approaches to science communication.

In scope:
Submissions should demonstrate at least one of the following:
- Involvement of publics, citizens, stakeholders, or non-academic actors in communicative processes related to research or innovation.
- Evidence that communicative exchanges (e.g., dialogue, deliberation, co-creation, feedback) influence research processes, decisions, or outcomes.
- Methodological contributions that make participatory communication visible and traceable (e.g., frameworks, indicators, logs of interaction, evaluation tools).
- Empirical or methodological work linking participatory communication with Open Science, citizen science, responsible research and innovation, or impact pathways in publicly funded R&I (e.g., Horizon Europe).

Review process:
All submissions are reviewed by the community curators for relevance to the scope outlined above. Curators may:
- Accept submissions that clearly align with the community’s scope.
- Request clarification from authors when alignment is uncertain.
- Decline submissions that fall outside the community’s scope.

Authors are encouraged to indicate in their submission how their work relates to participatory, dialogic, or deliberative approaches to science communication.
