PROSPERH is a multi-national, EU-funded project carrying out research into how workplaces can promote positive mental and physical health. A consortium of 19 partners from 14 countries will develop tools and resources for workplaces that will enhance awareness, promote health, support self-management, and signpost referral pathways.
PROSPERH will:
•    develop the multi-level PROSPERH intervention and online Portal, targeting both organisational (work), peer and individual (worker) aspects, with three components focusing on health promotion, online self-monitoring and self-management and clinical care or coaching referral pathways,
•    rigorously test the PROSPERH intervention in a large multi-country study in Albania, Australia, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Kosovo, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Turkey, focusing on three sectors experiencing significant change and challenges in physical and mental health (telework and ICT-based mobile work, health and construction), and
•    develop policy guidelines and recommendations for mental and physical health in the workplace, as well as a roadmap for making the PROSPERH Portal freely available to companies in the future.
