The PEAS community is a group of researchers who develop sensors and diagnostic tools for measuring small molecules, viruses, cells and whole organisms important to food, agricultural and environmental systems. The data in this repository are organized into two themes: Theme 1) Data related to the development of sensors and diagnostic tools; and Theme 2) Data produced by sensors and diagnostic tools applied in food, agricultural and environmental systems. Some of the file sizes of the data  preclude them from being included as supplementary data attached to research papers, and furthermore data related to tool development are often not directly connected to data acquired from the specific tool. This curated data source serves as an important open source tool for allowing others to access and analyze the data as needed.

This collection includes sensor data, peer reviewed manuscripts, non peer-reviewed manuscripts, presentations, and other research items.
