Old Survey of India Maps
A collection of historical topo maps produced by the Survey of India from 1767 to the present day, with scales ranging from 1:1,000,000 to 1:25,000. When published these maps were the definitive geographical record of their day and now they are difficult to find except in a few specialized library collections. The collection covers the areas of current-day Pakistan, India, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh and Burma. New maps are added as they become available. The map scans are high resolution (at least 300 DPI) color images and all are available for free download.
