This annual two-day event for Post Graduate Researchers (PGRs) and Early Career Researchers (ECRs) provides a unique chance to discover the research taking place at Surrey, connect with your fellow researchers, and broaden your horizons, gaining valuable skills to enhance your career.

The overall aim to showcase current research, foster networking opportunities, and offer insightful career workshops hopes to support the PGR and ECR community in celebrating and encouraging new horizons.  

The theme of this year’s conference focuses on pushing boundaries and broadening thinking to facilitate exciting and innovative research. The theme takes inspiration from a famous quote once read by Isaac Newton, to look for New Horizons. We use the work of our predecessors to build on knowledge, we support our colleagues and collaborators to facilitate new insights creating and expanding new horizons in the form of novel research.
