About

NAIF is a collaborative initiative funded by eight Swiss Higher Education Institutions and supported by swissuniversities.
Its aims are to improve the visibility, metadata quality, and interoperability of research outputs in Switzerland; strengthen responsible uses of quantitative indicators; survey the national repository landscape; enhance academic data (OA status, identifiers, affiliations); and establish a sustainable working group for repository interoperability.

This community hosts outputs directly produced within or for NAIF:

• Datasets and metadata inventories
• Software, scripts, and analytical tools
• Presentations and workshop materials
• Related scholarly outputs connected to NAIF’s conceptual or technical tracks

Repository managers, open-science officers, policymakers, researchers in metadata interoperability, responsible metrics, and digital infrastructure.
