We are devoted to research and training in all technical aspects of secure systems engineering. Research projects span a wide range of topics, including network security, enterprise security architectures, secure software engineering, the usability aspects of security mechanisms, and critical infrastructure interdependencies.
We seek to foster cooperation between academia, industry, and government in the research and development of new methods, techniques, and tools for secure information and communication systems. Through courses, projects, research, workshops and seminars, we train students in security engineering and expose them to a wide range of practices in security assurance, secure system design and secure software development.
