have had their publications blocked/banned from arxiv.org
its uncertain why this has happened
in the spirit of the free exchange of information & science,
and in the spirit of Liberté, égalité, fraternité,
which is French for "liberty, equality, fraternity",
larxiv.org will provide an alternative archive.
