Journal of Theoretical, Computational and Applied Mechanics

The following criteria are required in order to accept a submission to the JTCAM community.

  1. The dataset must refer to a JTCAM publication.
  2. The content of the upload must be accessible for review, i.e. Open Access.
  3. The Description of the submitted upload is sufficiently detailed. References to external articles or other resources are not a sufficient description.
  4. If no ORCID is listed, the name and surname and email addresses of authors are specified in the Description and Zenodo metadata.
  5. Ownership, links, keywords and descriptive metadata must be present in a README file as well as in the Zenodo metadata.
  6. The README contains information such as the convention for files and folders naming, possible ontologies or controlled vocabularies, etc.
  7. The title is human-readable on the same level as conventional publications: filenames or coded expressions are deprecated.
  8. If existing, references to related publications (e.g., article, source code, other datasets, etc.) are specified in the "Related/alternate identifiers" field, using a DOI if available.
  9. Software are referenced as a permanent Software Heritage entry.
  10. Any sensitive, personal data have been anonymized.
  11. grants are acknowledged using "Funding/Grants" fields.
  12. The dataset has been cleaned (e.g., there are no temporary or unnecessary files/folders, no superfluous file versions, etc.).
  13. Permissive licenses are required (order of preference: CC0, CC-BY-4.0, CC-BY-SA-4.0 for data; MIT, BSD, GPL for code).
  14. Files are available in open formats.
  15. Where applicable, sources from which the work is derived are specified.
  16. For digital production, a comprehensive description of processes leading to output must be provided (scripts/commands when applicable)
