The following criteria are required in order to accept a submission to the JTCAM community.
- The dataset must refer to a JTCAM publication.
- The content of the upload must be accessible for review, i.e. Open Access.
- The Description of the submitted upload is sufficiently detailed. References to external articles or other resources are not a sufficient description.
- If no ORCID is listed, the name and surname and email addresses of authors are specified in the Description and Zenodo metadata.
- Ownership, links, keywords and descriptive metadata must be present in a README file as well as in the Zenodo metadata.
- The README contains information such as the convention for files and folders naming, possible ontologies or controlled vocabularies, etc.
- The title is human-readable on the same level as conventional publications: filenames or coded expressions are deprecated.
- If existing, references to related publications (e.g., article, source code, other datasets, etc.) are specified in the "Related/alternate identifiers" field, using a DOI if available.
- Software are referenced as a permanent Software Heritage entry.
- Any sensitive, personal data have been anonymized.
- grants are acknowledged using "Funding/Grants" fields.
- The dataset has been cleaned (e.g., there are no temporary or unnecessary files/folders, no superfluous file versions, etc.).
- Permissive licenses are required (order of preference: CC0, CC-BY-4.0, CC-BY-SA-4.0 for data; MIT, BSD, GPL for code).
- Files are available in open formats.
- Where applicable, sources from which the work is derived are specified.
- For digital production, a comprehensive description of processes leading to output must be provided (scripts/commands when applicable)
