The International Migration Institute (IMI) at the University of Oxford is committed to developing a long-term and forward-looking perspective on international migration as part of global change. We aim to advance understanding of how migration shapes and is shaped by broader development processes.

This collection contains the International Migration Institute working paper series that presents current research in the field of international migration. In particular, the series aims to: analyse migration as part of broader global change; contribute to new theoretical approaches; and advance understanding of the multi-level forces driving migration.

Also included are articles written by IMI researchers and evolving from IMI's projects, conferences and events.
