Established in October 2020, the InterAgency Institute is a digital think tank created from an initiative based on a network of researchers from the Global South and spread throughout the world. The IA is focused on the development of studies that can contribute to the evolvement of studies and policies to strengthen institutional engagements, within Europe and the Americas, for the benefit of human rights, peace, security, and cooperation.
The approach is concentrated in some specific dimensions, such as information transferring, decision-making process building, policy building, and operational frameworks. We are here to investigate, propose, and modulate knowledge for the benefit of sustainable, innovative, and responsible development in the security arena.
Our main products are the POLICY BRIEFS and the IA EVENTS and REPORTS. Our publications are indexed in the OpenAire platform, through our ZENODO community. Our tech project is dedicated to a continuously under development method and software, for virtual and in-place simulations, used for interagency scenario building and training, the AJAPT.
Our team also is offering periodically online synchronous and asynchronous courses. You should access each of the lines of research (APPLIED RESEARCH at the top menu) to discover what is being offered.
So, we invite you to track our work on LinkedIn. Our working languages are English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
