What is INTEGRATES?
INTEGRATES develops an open, interoperable framework of BIM and Digital Twin tools to accelerate energy-efficient and circular building renovation, with a specific focus on making these technologies accessible to construction SMEs. The project combines a neurosymbolic knowledge graph architecture, AI-assisted workflows, and Digital Product Passports into an integrated platform validated through four demonstration cases in Italy, Bulgaria, Belgium, and Spain.
The project is structured around five objectives:
- Develop an interoperable knowledge framework for building lifecycle data
- Create user-centric digital tools for construction and renovation
- Enable circular economy through digital material tracking
- Optimize building energy performance through AI-driven services
- Foster broad industry adoption, particularly among SMEs
Consortium
INTEGRATES brings together 15 partners from 8 European countries, combining research institutions, technology providers, industry stakeholders, B4P Innovation Clusters and regional Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs). The project is coordinated by EURAC Research (Bolzano, Italy).
