The Indonesian Journal of Chemical Connections (IJCC) Zenodo Community is an official curated repository associated with the Indonesian Journal of Chemical Connections, available at https://axina.my.id/ijcc
. This community is established to collect, preserve, curate, and disseminate scholarly materials relevant to the journal’s scope, including but not limited to works in chemistry, chemical engineering, chemical education, and related fields.

By uploading, depositing, or otherwise submitting any material to this community, the submitter shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the applicable policies of the community, the journal, and the repository platform. Submission to this community constitutes the submitter’s acknowledgment and acceptance that all materials may be subject to screening, review, curation, editorial assessment, classification, reclassification, amendment of metadata, restriction, withdrawal, or removal by the community curator and/or the editorial team, at their discretion and in accordance with applicable journal policies, repository requirements, ethical standards, and legal obligations.

The submitter represents and warrants that they possess the necessary rights, authority, permissions, and consents to upload and disseminate the submitted material, and that such material does not infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate any copyright, moral right, database right, privacy right, confidentiality obligation, contractual restriction, or other proprietary or personal right of any third party. The submitter further represents and warrants that the submission is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, plagiarized, duplicative in breach of publication norms, or otherwise contrary to accepted standards of academic integrity and publication ethics.

The submitter shall bear full responsibility for the accuracy, legality, originality, authenticity, and ethical integrity of the submission, including without limitation all metadata, authorship information, affiliations, declarations, permissions, and supporting documentation provided in connection therewith. The curator and/or editorial team may request corrections, clarifications, revisions, documentary support, or additional information where reasonably necessary to verify compliance with applicable standards, policies, or editorial requirements.

Any record accepted into this community may be made publicly available through Zenodo as an open access record. By submitting material to this community, the submitter expressly consents to such public dissemination, display, indexing, preservation, and scholarly visibility in accordance with the applicable repository settings, journal policies, and licensing terms.

Where relevant and appropriate, submissions associated with this community may also be considered for editorial handling, peer review, and possible publication in the Indonesian Journal of Chemical Connections (IJCC). In such cases, submission to this community shall also constitute the submitter’s prior acknowledgment and consent that, if the submission is accepted for publication following the journal’s applicable editorial and peer review processes, the work may be published, displayed, distributed, indexed, and communicated by or through the Indonesian Journal of Chemical Connections (IJCC) without the need for any further separate approval, authorization, or reconfirmation from the submitter, insofar as such publication and dissemination remain consistent with the policies of the journal, the terms of submission accepted by the submitter, and the applicable licensing or rights framework governing the work.

However, inclusion in, or acceptance into, this community shall not in itself constitute, imply, or guarantee acceptance for publication in the journal. Any decision concerning journal publication shall remain subject to the journal’s independent editorial evaluation, peer review procedures, scope assessment, ethical review, and other applicable publication criteria.

The community curator and/or editorial team shall retain continuing authority over the administration and governance of this community and its records. Accordingly, they reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice where reasonably necessary, to interpret, revise, amend, supplement, or otherwise modify the community description, submission criteria, curation standards, metadata requirements, governance arrangements, and related policies or procedures, whenever such action is considered appropriate for the proper administration, integrity, sustainability, legal compliance, ethical oversight, and overall benefit of the community and its scholarly function.

Without limitation to the foregoing, the curator and/or editorial team reserve the right to accept, decline, reclassify, edit metadata, request amendments, suspend consideration, restrict access, withdraw from the community, or remove any submission or record where such action is deemed reasonably necessary in response to ethical concerns, legal complaints, copyright or rights disputes, authorship disputes, duplicate publication, suspected or confirmed plagiarism, policy violations, misrepresentation, or other material issues affecting the integrity or lawful operation of the community or the journal. In particular, where a submission is reasonably suspected of plagiarism, substantial textual appropriation, unauthorized reuse, or other forms of academic misconduct, the curator and/or editorial team may, without assuming responsibility for the underlying conduct of the submitter, reject, withdraw, remove, or otherwise restrict the relevant record pending review or following determination in accordance with applicable policies and publication ethics standards.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the community curator, the editorial team, and any affiliated editorial personnel shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, claim, damage, dispute, infringement, misconduct, or other consequence arising out of or relating to the content submitted by the submitter, including but not limited to plagiarism, copyright infringement, authorship disputes, unlawful content, or false or misleading statements. Responsibility for such content shall remain solely with the submitter. Nothing in this provision shall prevent the curator and/or editorial team from taking such administrative, editorial, or remedial action as may be considered necessary or appropriate in response to any such matter.

By proceeding with submission, the submitter acknowledges and agrees that the exercise of such editorial and curatorial discretion forms an integral part of the governance of this community and of responsible scholarly publishing practice
