The International Journal of Academic and Practical Research (IJAAPR) is the official bi-annual journal published by the Academic Course Tutorial Online Education Inc., Philippines, two times a year (one volume per year), in May and November. 

This international peer-reviewed open access journal was initiated as a result of the primary advocacy and intention of the founding editor-in-chief to acknowledge the research outputs of senior high school students as well as the research of public and private school teachers and undergraduate and graduate students in order to have a wider distribution of the articles that others may use for their own respective studies.
