We only accept papers funded by the European Commission as part of the Human Brain Project (RUP, SGA1, SGA2 or SGA3) via the EU 7th Framework Programme for R&D (FP7) and FP8 (Horizon 2020), or the ICEI grant (Interactive Computing E-Infrastructure for the Human Brain Project).
