The GreenFeedBack Zenodo Community provides a curated collection of research outputs generated within the Horizon Europe project GreenFeedBack. The purpose of the community is to ensure that project outputs are openly available, discoverable, and compliant with the FAIR data principles and Horizon Europe Open Science requirements.

Scope

The community accepts research outputs produced as part of the GreenFeedBack project, including but not limited to:

• Research datasets
• Processed observational data
• Model output
• Software and source code
• Workflows and scripts
• Protocols and methodologies
• Reports and deliverables
• Training material
• Other research products relevant to the project

Acceptance criteria

Records submitted to the community should:

• be produced wholly or partly within the GreenFeedBack project;
• include sufficient metadata to allow discovery and reuse;
• contain appropriate documentation (e.g. README files where relevant);
• have undergone the project's agreed quality assurance procedures;
• comply with applicable legal, ethical and GDPR requirements;
• not contain confidential or personal information unless appropriately anonymised and legally shareable.

Curation process

Submissions are reviewed by the GreenFeedBack Community curator(s) before being accepted into the community.

The review verifies that:

• the submission is relevant to the GreenFeedBack project;
• metadata are complete and of sufficient quality;
• the submission complies with the project's Data Management Plan and Open Science policy.

The review does not constitute scientific peer review and does not assess the scientific quality of the research.

Community curators may contact the submitter if clarification or minor metadata improvements are needed before acceptance.

Versioning

Updated versions of records are encouraged when datasets, software or documentation are improved. Zenodo versioning should be used to maintain a transparent record of changes while preserving persistent identifiers.

Ownership

Deposited records remain the property of the submitting authors and their institutions. Inclusion in the GreenFeedBack Community does not transfer ownership or copyright. The community provides curation to improve discoverability and ensure compliance with the project's data management and Open Science practices.
