The Giornale Italiano di Psicologia e Medicina del Lavoro — GIPMEL is an open access scientific journal devoted to occupational medicine, occupational psychology, workplace health, prevention, public health, psychosocial risks, ergonomics, health promotion, workers’ well-being, and medico-legal issues.

The journal promotes an interdisciplinary approach to the study and protection of workers’ health, encouraging contributions from occupational physicians, psychologists, public health professionals, researchers, legal medicine experts, ergonomists, prevention specialists, and other professionals involved in workplace health and safety.

The GIPMEL Zenodo Community serves as the official open repository for the journal’s scientific outputs, including articles, editorials, reviews, viewpoints, case reports, conference materials, supplementary files, datasets, and other scholarly contents published in, associated with, or officially approved by the journal.

This community aims to support open access dissemination, long-term preservation, transparency, and discoverability of GIPMEL publications and related scientific materials. All records are curated by the GIPMEL editorial team and must comply with the journal’s scope, editorial standards, ethical principles, and metadata requirements.

GIPMEL is managed under the editorial responsibility of the International Network of Advances in Medicine, Psychology and Public Health — INAMPPH.
