The "Food Safety and Quality Analytics" (FSQA) is a research group based in the Mountain Research Centre (CIMO) at Polytechnic Institute of Bragança, Portugal, led by Ursula Gonzales-Barron and Vasco Cadavez. FSQA members are specialised in applying and developing novel approaches and computational methods for the assurance of food quality and safety. Some of their research domains includes: (i) Meta-analysis in food quality, food safety, animal science and public health; (ii) Integration of predictive microbiology and meta-analysis; (iii) Quantitative assessment of biopreservatives; (iv) Promotion of traditional/artisanal foods through innovation; and (v) Development of web applications for food safety assurance. "Resources of FSQA" is a Zenodo community that gathers publications, training material, manuals, web applications, videos, data sets and sample scripts for research and training purposes.
