Criteria for Acceptance

  • The community accepts educational resources related to RDM and ORD, such as guides, textbooks, tutorials, videos, exercises, and quizzes.
  • Resources should be in open formats (e.g., PDF rather than PPTX) or include both proprietary and open format versions.
  • Submissions must include the following metadata: title, authors, description, keywords, and license.
  • Content must use a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) 4.0 license by default. CC BY-SA and CC0 are acceptable alternatives. Authors are responsible for ensuring their content complies with the chosen license.
  • At least one author must be affiliated with an ETH Domain institute (Eawag, Empa, ETHZ, EPFL, PSI, WSL) at the time of submission.

Review Process

  • Community curators from the M3 ETH Domain’s ORD Program will review submissions for alignment with the acceptance criteria before approval.
  • Administrators and curators may contact submitters with questions or suggested revisions before acceptance.
  • Administrators reserve the right to reject submissions that do not meet the acceptance criteria. Submissions will also be rejected if revision requests are not met in a timely manner.
  • New versions of approved resources may be withdrawn from the community without notification if they no longer align with the acceptance criteria.
