EcoDL 2025 (https://sites.google.com/view/ecodl2025/) is a workshop dedicated to advancing ecological research through the integration of digital library infrastructures, artificial intelligence, and FAIR data principles. It brings together researchers from ecology, environmental science, biodiversity informatics, and computer science to explore how digital and computational tools can support the synthesis of fragmented, multi-scale ecological data and improve predictive ecological modeling.

The workshop is co-located with the Conference on Theory and Practice of Digital Libraries (TPDL 2025, https://tpdl2025.github.io/) and takes place on September 23, 2025, in Tampere, Finland.

This Zenodo community serves as the official repository for EcoDL 2025, providing long-term access to workshop-related materials such as posters, papers, datasets, software, presentations, and other research outputs. It is intended as a sustained space for interdisciplinary exchange, enabling ongoing contributions beyond the date of the workshop and supporting open, collaborative innovation in ecological data science.
