The E4Warning Zenodo community adheres to the following curation policy to ensure the quality and relevance of its entries:

- Only datasets, publications, software, and models directly related to the E4Warning project are accepted.
- Submissions must align with the project's goals.

- All entries must include complete metadata, including a descriptive title, abstract, authors, keywords, and funding information.
- Datasets should be accompanied by sufficient documentation to enable reuse, including descriptions of data collection methods and processing steps.

Review Process:
- Submissions are reviewed by the E4Warning data management team to ensure they meet the community's standards.
- The review includes checks for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to ethical and legal standards.

Data Accessibility:
- Entries should ideally be open access. If not, a clear explanation for any restrictions or embargoes must be provided.
- Embargo periods should be specified, and the expected date of open access release must be included.

- All submissions must include a clear usage license, preferably a Creative Commons license (e.g., CC BY 4.0), to facilitate reuse and sharing.
- Licenses should reflect the intended level of openness and any usage restrictions.

- Contributors are responsible for maintaining and updating their entries as necessary.
- Any significant errors identified post-publication should be corrected promptly, with an updated version provided.
