In the project Digital Support in the Career Choice Process digibe, we examine the effect of a repeated online intervention on the vocational orientation and career choice of young people at the lower secondary level. At the core of the project are evidence-based online tasks designed to encourage young people to reflect and shape their careers independently and responsibly. Through systematic reflection, young people can build up essential resources for developing and plan their careers. The project is based on theories of human capability, life design and transformative learning.
