This community collects research outputs produced in the context of the Horizon Europe project DEMOQUAS (Grant Agreement No. 101147454).

Scope
Submissions are accepted when they are clearly related to DEMOQUAS activities, results, methods, case studies, dissemination, communication, exploitation, or project management. Accepted content may include, but is not limited to:

- journal articles and conference papers
- public deliverables and reports
- datasets
- software and code
- presentations, posters, and training material
- communication and dissemination material
- other project-related research outputs

Submission criteria
To be accepted into the community, submissions should:

1. Be directly relevant to DEMOQUAS and its objectives.
2. Include sufficient metadata to identify the content and its relation to the project.
3. Indicate the appropriate funding information, including the DEMOQUAS Horizon Europe grant where applicable.
4. Use a clear access status and, for public or embargoed records, specify an appropriate licence.
5. Respect legal, ethical, confidentiality, intellectual property, and personal data protection requirements.

Review and moderation
Submissions may be reviewed by the community curators before acceptance. Curators may request metadata corrections or clarifications when needed. Records that are out of scope, incomplete, duplicative, misleading, confidential, or not compliant with project or repository requirements may be declined or removed from the community.

Metadata quality
Submitters are encouraged to provide:
- complete title and description
- creators and affiliations
- keywords
- resource type
- grant/funding information
- licence information
- related identifiers where relevant (e.g. publication DOI, software repository, project website)

Versioning
Updated versions of outputs should, where possible, be linked using Zenodo versioning and related identifiers in order to preserve a clear record history.

Rights and responsibilities
Authors remain responsible for the content they upload. By submitting to this community, authors confirm that they have the right to share the material and that the submission does not infringe third-party rights or confidentiality obligations.
