CUES community accepts data associated with scientific publications, reports and deliverables generated in CUES, which can be both of quantitative and qualitative character. The public deliverables and toolkits are also published on the project's websites, however the datasets should not be published anywhere else, also not in the future. A data packaged must include documentation needed to understand its content. Occasionally, we accept data that is thematically linked to the CUES project or can be of interest to the science community. 

Submitted data package or other research outputs should:   

• comply with ethical standards and privacy regulations (GDPR)  

• in line with stipulation in the ethical application (e.g. consent form specifying that data will be shared for further research and/or education purposes in anonymized form)  

• follow best practices of research data management outlined in CUES’ Data Management Plan (DMP)  

• must include documentation needed to understand its content

• be max up to 50GB per record  

Before acceptance, the reviewer will check if:   

• Metadata is filled in according to standard outlined in the DMP   

• DOI is assigned  

• File naming and folder structure follow a logic order and can be opened correctly   

• Data package includes documentation providing more context and information how to use data package, for example, a README  

• Files are saved or converted and saved into sustainable formats   

• Data package links to relevant scientific publications, reports and deliverables  

• Data adhere to standards for privacy and confidentiality  

• Appropriate access level and license are assigned
