Cellular agriculture is the production of food from cell cultures, including meat, milk, eggs, and more! The New Harvest OpenCellAg Repository is a place to collect knowledge related to this novel field in one location, making it openly accessible for scientists, regulators, innovators, and the public.

All cell ag researchers are encouraged to submit their work to the repository, and all knowledge types are accepted (publications, reports, presentations, graphics, datasets, and more!).

A major goal of this repository is to increase the accessibility of publications that may currently be held in paywalled journals. Most journals will allow the accepted version of your article to be placed in a repository after embargo (or sooner if you use a rights retention strategy!). Look up your journal here to see if you can make it open in this repository.

The repository is curated and maintained by New Harvest, a global nonprofit dedicated to cellular agriculture for the public good. For more information on the field or New Harvest’s work, visit https://new-harvest.org/.
