Figure 2 - Majority-rule consensus tree of the MP analysis incorporating all 96 samples. The four regional clades as determined from the ML and haplotype analyses are indicated. Stars indicate the position of individuals within regional clades but not from that region (see also ML and haplotype network in Figs 3, 5, 6). The root is provided by two outgroup taxa in the genus Bactericera.
