Curtin University Data Management Plan Advice Tool

This tool leads a user through a series of questions regarding their research project to help identify possible issues that should be addressed in a data management plan (DMP) and gives suggestions and advice based on the users answers. It provides suggestions on dealing with data management issues around sensitive health data, commercially provided datasets, overseas data collection, combining datasets and data on indigenous populations and/or children.

It was initially developed in 2021.
