Minutes of the National Open Access Monitor Project Advisory Group, held on 18th September 2023.
The agenda of this meeting was to review of draft Inception Report provided by OpenAIRE on 13th September (Appendix 1). The outcome of the meeting was to provide Advisory Group feedback to OpenAIRE on any areas in the document which need more clarity and answer any questions OpenAIRE have at this stage.
