Territorial constraint grid for France and Switzerland

Description
Collection of territorial constraint indicators to be used in the layout and placement study on French and Swiss territory.
The sensibility grid defines different project constraint risks based on the existence of individual risk indicators. For each constraint level (red, orange, yellow, green), the presence of at least one constraint indicator defines the risk level.
