Remote Sensing Aerosol Flux Toolbox

Description

Matlab Toolbox to compute aerosol fluxes with vertical resolution using ground-based remote sensing. The calculated variable is the covariance between aerosol backscatter coefficient and vertical wind velocities with 30-min resolution.

There are two possible configurations:

-Doppler_Standalone: using measurements only from ground-based Doppler lidar.

-Synergy: using measurements from synchronized and co-located Doppler lidar and aerosol lidar. To use this, calibration constant (C) files from aerosol lidar have to be computed.
