D7.2 Datasets Management and Benchmarking
Description
Deliverable D7.2 – Datasets Management and Benchmarking begins by addressing the fundamentals of datasets, including data cleansing and transformation, and considering the challenges presented by unbalanced data. At the same time, it highlights the importance of data visualization as an essential tool in any data analysis, facilitating both the understanding and effective communication of results.
After that, the document presents a study of the state of the art of datasets related to emergency situations, allowing to know and study the existing datasets in the literature in order to create our specific one for the VAKYRIES project.
Next, the report presents the dataset created for the VALKYRIES project, where an in-depth analysis is made indicating the data that integrate the dataset and the steps taken to improve the data quality. Moreover, models with better results allow the generation of quality models that give more optimal results, leading to more accurate predictions.
Finally, the deliverable addresses tailored ethical and regulatory issues of managing and disclosing sensitive data. Privacy and data security are paramount, especially when dealing with sensitive data related to emergency response operations.
