Functional update. Addresses known issues and fixes major bugs. Expected increased accuracy of results.

  • Fixes issue when transcript has no geneID by setting gene ID same as transcript ID
  • Fixes issue when records which can not be converted into transcript type where being analyzed
  • Fixes order of operations when comparing ORF scores. In rare instances worse scores were being reported.
