Description
This dataset contains our previously published gold standard annotations of 200 synthetic letters (10.5281/zenodo.8381079) in JSON format to make them more widely supported. The letters are based on hospital outpatient consultations with epilepsy specialists. They were double annotated by trained researchers and clinicians according to agreed guidelines (10.5281/zenodo.8382588). We used the annotation tool, Markup, with an epilepsy concept list based on the Unified Medical Language System ontology. All annotations were reviewed and the final set was agreed by the research team.
