EFFECT OF TRICHODERMA ON THE MORPHOPHYSIOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF SOME WHEAT GENOTYPES
Description
This study investigates the impact of Trichoderma asperellum fungus on the morphophysiological parameters of two wheat varieties, hard Goytepe and soft Gobustan. Seeds were soaked in Tr. asperellum culture solution before planting, and fertilization and irrigation were conducted at specific growth stages. The results demonstrate that Tr. asperellum positively influences the growth of both aerial parts and roots, with a more pronounced effect on root development. Despite shorter root lengths in experimental variants, significantly higher wet and dry root weights were observed compared to the control.
