Description
DNA methylation prediction models for seven tissue types, including breast, colon, kidney, lung, ovary, prostate, and testis. Data from Gene-Tissue Expression (GTEx) consortium were utilized for single- and cross-tissue model development using elastic net and multivariate-response penalized regression, respectively.
