Tools for modernization of information services in remote mode: the experience of Belarusian Agricultural Library

Description
The article discusses the stages of introducing automated technologies into the practice of the Belarusian Agricultural Library using the example of servicing remote users. The characteristics and benefits of using new technologies at each stage are described. The results of monitoring the information needs of users as a method of studying the potential market of users and promoting the library's information resources and services are presented.
