The personal development of the school manager: between necessity and opportunity

In order to respond to new social challenges, it is necessary for the school organization to always be in step with the evolution and changes that occur. In this sense, the essential element in identifying creative, viable, and effective ways of adapting the school is the manager. The evolution and personal development of the manager supports him in building successful, adaptable, and performing organizations. Currently, the focus on personal development of the human resources involved in the educational act represents an educational goal aimed at supporting the school manager and the teaching staff to respond both to the requirements of the school organization of which they are a part and to their own personal requirements, in the current context of change in educational and social paradigms.
