Presencia de Assiminea grayana Fleming, 1828 (Gastropoda: Assimineidae) en viveros de Cataluña

Specimens of Assiminea grayana were found in two horticultural facilities in Catalonia. While this is a species from brackish waters, and never reported as an invasive species, its presence in vegetal material from commercial facilities, in places far away from its distribution range, suggests it could be easily transported to other places where the species could become invasive, particularly given its high tolerance to changes in habitat conditions.
