Description

HADDOCK protein-protein docking data for the CaVβ/F-actin complex models reported in "Interaction of CaVβ and actin supports the clearance of functionally defective CaV1.2 channels".

The dataset is divided in two different folders, corresponding to the two CaVβ isoforms studied, β2 (PDB 5V2P) and β4 (PDB 1VYV). Each folder contains:

- Inputs: 

  • XL/MS-derived unambiguous distance restraints 
  • Bioinformatics-derived (CPORT and NACCESS) ambiguous distance restraints

- Outputs:

  • Top 4 models of the best HADDOCK scored cluster
