wilsontelab/svx-mdi-tools: v1.7.2 - refactor svAmplicon

After alpha testing, this is considered a stable beta release of svAmplicon. The overall approach and logic are the same, some minor updates include:

• masking, rather than merging, of discarded junctions and merge failures
• reporting on junction bases, and using insertions bases to track junction identity
• implementation of bandwidth in alignment to help report SVs as splits, not CIGAR operations
• improvements in app, including full support for keep/reject and circle plots
