Ragge, 1962, Bull. Br. Mus. (Nat. Hist.) Ent. 13: 15;
type locality: Kibali-Ituri, Yindi (Democratic Republic of Congo); depository: RMAC, Tervuren (♁ holotypus).
Material examined. Republic of Congo, Sangha prov., N-N NP, Makao camp (secondary for.) 02°35’42.2”N, 17°10’08.3”E, 23–29.IX.2022, MV Light Trap, V. Dérozier, B. Fouka, A. Kirk-Spriggs, H. Takano (1♁) (ANHRT).
Distribution. Previously known from Democratic Republic of Congo, Dzanga-Ndoki National Park (Central African Republic), now recorded also from Nouabalé-Ndoki National Park (Republic of Congo).
