Extrateritoriálne účinky cudzích správnych rozhodnutí v podmienkach Európskej únie – východiská a súčasný stav

Cieľom uvedeného projektu je vedecké skúmanie extrateritoriality, resp. extrateritoriálneho pôsobenia administratívnych rozhodnutí členských štátov Európskej únie na území iných členských štátov za účelom posúdenia potreby, možností, ako aj žiadúceho rozsahu harmonizácie právnej regulácie členských štátov Európskej únie v záujme zvyšovania úrovne voľného pohybu administratívnych rozhodnutí v rámci Európskej únie.

V rámci riešenia výskumného projektu sa uskutočnil úvodný vedecký seminár s názvom „Extrateritoriálne účinky cudzích správnych rozhodnutí v podmienkach Európskej únie – východiská a súčasný stav“. Na tomto vedeckom seminári boli účastní členovia riešiteľského kolektívu, ktorí sú zároveň i členmi Katedry ústavného práva a správneho práva Právnickej fakulty Univerzity Pavla Jozefa Šafárika v Košiciach. Na danom vedeckom seminári boli prezentované príspevky, predmetom ktorých bolo predovšetkým zhrnutie súčasného stavu poznania v oblasti extrateritoriálnych účinkov cudzích správnych rozhodnutí v podmienkach Európskej únie, z ktorého budú členovia riešiteľského kolektívu vychádzať pri svojom ďalšom vedeckom skúmaní danej problematiky. Z týchto príspevkov boli následne vytvorené vedecké práce, ktoré sú obsiahnuté v tomto zborníku.

Collection of scientific works presented during scientific conference held on 23 – 25 November 2022 in the teaching and training facility in Danišovce in connection with the solution of scientific project entitled "Extraterritorial effects of foreign administrative decisions in the conditions of the European Union" supported by the Grant of the Scientific Grant Agency under no. 01/187/2022.

The aim of the mentioned project is the scientific examination of extraterritoriality of administrative decisions in the conditions of the European Union, in order to assess the need, possibilities, as well as the desired scope of harmonization of the legal regulation of the European Union member states in order to increase the level of free movement of administrative decisions within the European Union.

As part of the research project, an introductory scientific conference was held entitled "Extraterritorial effects of foreign administrative decisions in the conditions of the European Union - starting points and current state". This scientific conference was attended by members of the research team, who are also members of the Department of Constitutional Law and Administrative Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Pavol Jozef Šafárik in Košice. On the conference there was presented contributions, the subject of which was primarily a summary of the current state of knowledge in the field of extraterritorial effects of foreign administrative decisions in the conditions of the European Union, from which the members of the research team will base their further scientific examination of the given issue. From these contributions were created scientific works, that are contained in this collection.
